Delete your Maidpilot account
You can delete a company workspace or request deletion of your personal account data.
Company owners
Sign in to the Maidpilot app or website, open Settings, then Company, and choose Delete account. This permanently deletes the company workspace and its data. The action cannot be undone.
Team members
Ask your company owner to remove your team access. To request deletion of your Maidpilot personal account data, contact support from the email address on your account and include your company name. Do not send your password or payment details.
We will verify that you control the account before processing a deletion request. Some records may be retained where required by law or for security and accounting.
