Who we are
Maidpilot provides software for cleaning companies, including an AI receptionist and operations tools. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email, company details, and login credentials.
- Business data you add: customers, properties, leads, jobs, invoices, team records, and messages.
- Call data when the AI Receptionist is enabled: phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
- Usage data: how you interact with the product, for reliability and support.
Analytics and session recording
We use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our marketing website. Clarity records clicks, mouse movements, scroll activity, and session replays. This data helps us improve the site experience and is not used to personally identify you.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the service, including answering and summarizing calls.
- To process AI features through our model and voice providers.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- To communicate with you about your account and service.
SMS communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, MaidPilot may use your phone number to send service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, crew arrival updates, estimate follow-ups, invoice reminders, account notifications, and customer support messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as needed to deliver MaidPilot services, such as messaging delivery, hosting, support, security, and payment processing.
Data sharing
We share data with the service providers that power Maidpilot (for example, voice and AI providers) only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal data. Each company's data is isolated from other companies.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Account owners can also delete their own company account and data directly from Settings, without waiting on support. This permanently removes the company's data and cannot be undone.
