Agreement

By creating an account or using Maidpilot, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Maidpilot provides software for cleaning companies, including CRM, jobs, invoices, team tools, channels, follow-up, and an optional AI Receptionist add-on. Features and plans may change as the product evolves.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure and accurate.
  • Use the service lawfully and obtain any consents required to record or process calls.
  • Ensure the business data you upload does not infringe others' rights.

Plans, add-ons & billing

Paid plans and add-ons — including the AI Receptionist — are billed monthly. The AI Receptionist is a separate add-on and is not included in the base plan. Prices and included usage are described on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.

SMS messaging terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from MaidPilot related to your account, demo requests, appointments, reminders, estimates, invoices, support, and service updates.

Message frequency varies based on your activity and account settings. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact MaidPilot through our website.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

AI features

AI responses and summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing AI-suggested actions before relying on them. The AI is designed to escalate sensitive matters to a human.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your data remains available to you according to our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maidpilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
